This is an opportunity to apply proven Security leadership skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will assume the role as the Security Operations Manager at the Palmdale Aircraft Integration Center of Excellence (PAICoE). This facility is situated on a Government Owned/Contractor Operated (GOCO) USAF federal installation. The Area of Responsibility (AOR) also extends beyond the main campus and includes several offsite locations (in/out of state). Oversees multiple security disciplines within the department (Company Security, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Fire Services, Investigations/Counterintelligence, Executive Support, Plant Protection, etc...). Active member of the USAF Antiterrorism/Threat Working Group (ATWG) and Integrated Defense Council (IDC). Supports multiple programs (Proprietary, DoD, & SAP) and ensures overall compliance (Company, Customer, Lease, Federal, County, & State
- High School Diploma/GED
- Active Secret security clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with Special Program Access (SAP)
- In-depth knowledge of government regulatory guidelines (NISPOM, ICD 705, etc)
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Security Management experience
- Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification
- Detailed knowledge of NG Policies/Procedures and experience in managing Northrop Grumman security programs (DoD, SAP, Proprietary)
- Knowledge and or experience with USAF regulatory guidelines supporting Integrated Defense, Antiterrorism, Emergency Management, etc...
- 4 plus years of leadership or management experience
