Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

Develops, plans and schedules proposals; analyzes RFPs; create outlines and compliance matrices. Works with the Capture Manager to develop messaging defining Northrop Grumman strengths. Leads the proposal team from Request For Proposal (RFP) release through submission; conducts daily tag-ups; works with engineers and others to develop content; works with desktop publishing and graphics to prepare volumes; organizes color team reviews. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with RFP requirements. Works with pricing, finance, contracts and subcontracts to ensure their content is integrated into the proposal as required. Ensures on-time delivery of proposals and documents lessons learned. Participates in should-cost and pricing reviews/delegations with management. Researches and analyzes lessons learned and historical data to improve processes.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree & 10 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current active security clearance preferred.
