Mgr Programs Operations 1

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Program Operations Manager to support the Poland WISLA IBCS Program. This position will be located in Warsaw, Poland.

The individual will be responsible for multiple activities including, but are not limited to, the following:
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Poland WISLA IBCS Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager's to enable high performing program execution
- Build relationships with program managers and functional staff to ensure success in meeting business and operational goals / objectives
- Coordinate program staffing to ensure successful execution of Poland WISLA IBCS Program operations
- Act as primary facilitator for program communications for Poland Office
- Responsible for onboarding and provisioning of Poland WISLA IBCS personnel in Poland
- Act as primary interface for program with NG Employee, Health and Safety (EHS) organization
- Act as primary interface for program with Facilities organization to ensure facilities requirements are met to ensure no negative impact on program schedule for Poland office(s)
- Coordinate exit interviews for personnel leaving the program
- Coordinate program required training. Maintain and report monthly training metrics to program management
- Oversee non-production material acquisition and property management for the program
- Coordinate program recognition events
- Coordinate program all-hands

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technical or related degree or work field
- Minimum of 4 years of Business, Contracts/Subcontracts, Resource, Planning or Program/Product experience
- Strong understanding of Northrop Grumman policies and practices and / or in a similar corporate culture
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Must be able to interact with and influence executive level management and communicate effectively (oral and written presentations)
- Excellent computer skills w/MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Polish language
- Experience with DoD acquisition programs
- DoD Secret clearance
