Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Program Manager with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Management with solid knowledge of ISR Sensor Systems, Electronic Warfare Systems, and systems integration. We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio, and at our location, we design, develop, test and deliver ISR Sensor and Electronic Attack systems.

This Program Manager directs all phases of programs from inception through completion for development and production programs. Familiarity with RF, Seismic, Acoustic, Magnetic, EO/IR sensors, Electronic Warfare and experience with design, development, and production of miniaturized, low power, integrated systems or subsystems including all support equipment. Work is performed in a team-environment which requires strong leadership, written and oral communications, and issue resolution and mitigation skills.
The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs and is the primary customer contact for program activities. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Program Management is also responsible for the development of new business and product line expansion with the customer and is responsible for the coordination and preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Up to 25% travel may be required.
- BS or Management degree
- 10 Years of relevant experience
- Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
- Master's degree in Management discipline
- Active Top Secret Clearance
