Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Program Manager with solid knowledge of in Active Cyber Effects and Solutions, Cyber Warfare Systems, and Cyber systems integration. We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We design, develop, test and deliver specialized cyber systems. We are a dynamic, quick reaction facility that delivers system level solutions to our customers in support of warfighters worldwide. Roles and Responsibilities:
This Program Manager will provide management over site to multiple other program managers and will also direct all phases of programs from inception through completion for development and production
Understanding and Knowledge of Cyber capabilities in OCO areas of expertise, software programming languages and Cyber solutions experience interacting with the Electronic Warfare domain in the design, development, and production of Cyber / EW solutions as well as pure Cyber solutions.
Work is performed in a team-environment which requires strong leadership, written and oral communications, and issue resolution and mitigation skills.
The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or
subsystems of major programs and is the primary customer contact for program activities.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test.
Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
The business area Program Manager is also responsible for the development of new business and product line expansion with the customer and is responsible for the coordination and preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
Basic Qualifications:
BS in an Engineering or BS in a Business Management related discipline with prior Program Management experience
Up to 25% travel may be required
Applicant must have an Active Top Secret Security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
BS in a STEM related discipline and Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a Master's degree in a Business Management discipline. Greater than 8 years of Program Management Experience
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI
