Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Mgr Programs 2 Software Sustainment ETA Manager and IPT Leader to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Tinker AFB, OK.
You will manage a portfolio of Software Sustainment ETA projects with responsibility of cost, schedule, and technical performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- The IPT Leader for B-2 Software Sustainment Engineering Task Assessments (ETAs) is the program manager for the portfolio of all over and above projects funded by the Government.
- Each individual project will have its own funding, Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW), and Period of Performance (PoP).
- The projects can include updates to Operational Flight Software (OFPs) that will be included in Integrated Functional Capability (IFCs) or updates to software and test tools.
- Responsible for program management of the major subcontractors and Internal Work Orders (IWOs) effort associated with all project statements of work.
- Routinely interfaces with Engineering, Program/Project Management, and Cost and Schedule Management organizations.
- Responsible for cost, schedule and performance on all ETA Projects supporting the B-2 Program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in Program Management or Engineering.
  • Requires experience managing project cost, schedule, and performance in a DoD related environment
  • Ability to perform work in an approved environment during specified work hours is necessary
  • Must have an Active In Scope DOD Secret clearance.
  • Must beable to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and de-conflict multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a complex environment
  • Documented ability to successfully interface with both internal and external customers and subcontractors
  • Ability to perform work in an approved environment during specified work hours is necessary
  • An active in-scope DoD Top Secret Clearance with Special Program Access
  • Current B-2 special access.
