Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Manager Programs 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located in Baltimore, MD.

The Airborne C4ISR System Division is seeking a program operations manager. In support of the multiple Business Units, the individual will be responsible managing multiple activities including Non-Contractual Technical Assistance (NCTA), capital/infrastructure, business resumption/business continuity and business metrics. In addition, the individual will support the division's strategic activities and ensure alignment with the Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP).

The ideal candidate must be able to perform a wide array of project tasks independently, drive projects to completion, develop creative solutions, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and handle variable workloads. Strong
emphasis on data analysis and risk management is essential.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience with project management, data analysis and program implementation to include project plan
creation and tracking
- Demonstrated understanding of basic business management and business development processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
- Active Secret clearance required to start

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading program teams
- Top Secret clearance
- Program management experience
- Experience using SAP for cost and project management
