We are currently looking for a Development Program Manager within Aerospace System's Strike division. This position will be responsible for the capturing and executing new development technologies for restricted programs. Job position is responsible for collaborating with internal business and technical leadership to develop and organize new concepts and applications of technology and socialize with customer community to develop and shape new program opportunities. Individual will lead all phases of programs from inception through capture, execution, and transition to production.

Applicant should have experience with management of cost, schedule and technical performance of programs (EVMS). Able to establish achievements and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing the contractual specifications. Experience with preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Able to support the negotiation of contract and contract changes.

ASMGMT
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required and five years of program development/integration experience.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
Project management experience that included regular use of MS-Office, MS-Project, Earned Value knowledge and experience, and standard program management principles and practices.
Experience must also have included direct interaction with all levels of an organization, up to and including VPs

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree
Current AP418 Access
