Directs all phases of Manufacturing programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of programs manufacturing content. Coordinates the review of manufacturing proposal content, including BOEs, proposal work statements and specifications, and Capital requests. Acts as primary customer contact for program manufacturing activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Leads make/buy decisions for new business activities. Tracks all manufacturing oportunities and manages
all business facing activities for the manufacturing content of proposals.
Operations Program Manager responsibilities include: planning, risk management, and project performance addressing cost, schedule, and technical quality for Manufacturing related Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements.
Responsible for all projects assigned to the manufacturing organization. Advisor to lower level managers and exempt employees. Helps meet established schedules and operational problems. Typically accomplishes results through lower level(s) of management or exempt employees. Participates in the development of overall objectives and long-range goals of the manufacturing organization. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM, related Technical degree, related Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering degree and 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in all phases of Manufacturing programs from inception through completion.
- Experience with cost, schedule and technical performance of programs manufacturing content.
- Experience with planning, risk management, and project performance.
- Experience with manufacturing proposal content, including BOEs, proposal work statements and specifications, and Capital requests.
- Experience developing objectives and long-range goals in a manufacturing organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a team environment
- Requires active Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in managing programs/projects to cost, performance, and schedule requirements.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
- Master's degree in engineering or sciences or Manufacturing or business administration/management.
- Experience Managing lower level Managers and other employees.
- Able to collaborate in a team environment.
- Able to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result.
