The B-2 & Integration Security Manager provides all management and operational security direction related to classified and sensitive information access, safeguarding, and maintenance on the B-2 program for modernization, maintenance, and sustainment activities.

  • Direct the development, integration and assessment of all Security efforts associated with the B2 and integration programs among all associated Northrop Grumman and subcontractor/ suppliers
  • Administer a security program compliant with NISPOM, DODMs, JSIG, DFARs, applicable security classification guides and applicable DD form 254 Contract Security Classification Specifications
  • Provide day to day management of direct security staff, performance ratings, and advice regarding complex tasks, projects and operations. Perform oversight of matrix staff functions and provide performance feedback to functional management.
  • Direct planning and program security performance addressing cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of security work packages
  • Continuously evaluate timekeeping inputs, budget expenditures and provide updated estimate-to-complete values based on level of effort
  • Manage B-2 program security processes and reviews required to disposition challenges to security classification assignment or operations.
  • Review and provide expert oversight for any special or enhanced security requirements, CONOPs, OPSEC planning and mission support
  • Collaborate with cognizant SAP Component Offices (SAPCOs), Program Security Officers (PSOs), and Government SAP Security Officers (GSSOs), as well as local program Subject Matter Experts to provide effective advice regarding application of Security Classification Guides (SCGs) by the Security staff
  • Appoint and oversee qualified security professionals to appointment-required roles including CPSO, ACPSO, TSCO, ATSCO, ISSM, ISSO
  • Act as regional focal point for all cognizant security activity compliance inspections as required by Northrop Grumman, SAF/AQ, and DCMA

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's with7years of Security experience or Masters Degree with5 years of Security experience
  • Experience in government, industrial security or program security management
  • Must have ACTIVE Top Secret Security Clearance with an investigation completed in the last 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing budgets, departmental goal setting and program execution
  • Previous SAP Management Experience
  • Management of multiple teams and locations
