Individual will be functional manager for Sub-Project Managers (SPMs)for Module Assembly and Test (MA&T). Manager is responsible for filling staffing requests from programs as well as mentoring employees providing regular feedback and final performance reviews. Individual will be responsible for cost and schedule performance for specific hardware package within the Module Assembly and Test Center (MA&T). Is Point of contact for manufacturing through entire product life cycle on that package. Participation in proposal, IDRs, fab, assembly, test, through delivery. Demonstrated ability to lead and provide direction to a technical cross functional team and exceptional communication skills are required. Position is the Cost Account Manager for typically over $30M total hardware package. Is accountable for cost and schedule variance explanations and EV methodology. Candidate has advanced knowledge with Module Production procedures and manufacturing processes. Individual may be required to lead Tiger Teams and lead various proposal efforts within organization. Candidate will set up a program from beginning to end and plan and coordinate a schedule with all of the required organizations including material. Preferred Candidate will have production experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sDegree in STEM field
- Minimum of 5 years ofof Electronics and Payloads experience

  • - Space flight production or design experience
  • - Experience leading production teams
  • - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master'sDegree plus3 years of Electronics and Payloads experience
    • Active SSBI
    • Experience with EVMS methodology
