Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Digital Test Front Line Manager for 2 nd shiftto join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Candidate will be responsible for managing hardware through test operations by assigning appropriate personnel to perform test related tasks. Must have experience testing microwave assemblies in a flight environment. Manage 8 to 10 indirect employees and support staffing requirements as needed. Manage and maintain test facility and test equipment. Mentor and provide leadership to test technicians including career development and performance appraisals. Provide technical test support to staff as needed. Ensure test technicians have everything required to perform their tasks. Provide innovative methods to improve test efficiencies.

ASMGMT

Basic Qualifications:

  • AA Degree plus 2 years of Electronics and Payloads experience Or a minimum of 6 years of Electronics and Payloads experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with testing RF and Digital Hardware in a space flight lab environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
  • Active SSBI
  • Hardware and software experience
Lab View experience
