The Electronics & Payloads Directorate is seeking a manager to take on the role as Deputy IPT Lead for a restricted effort.

Essential Functions:
Perform Workforce Planning in collaboration with the functional homeroom
Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM)
Lead efforts in proposal estimating
Perform Risk & Opportunity Management
Provide guidance and direction to the sub-IPT leads
Coaching and mentoringemployees within the team

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university.
At least 7 years ofSTEM relatedexperience.
Active In Scope DOD Top Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design and integration of COTS IT systems.
2 years experience in functional management.
Proposal estimating experience
Earned Value & CAM experience
Demonstrated success leading large organizations
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements, streamline activities, and develop effective processes
Experience leading or managing a team.
