Mgr Configuration Analysis 2

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is looking for a strategic leader to join the Engineering Integration, Configuration & Asset Management (EICAM) leadership team as Configuration Analysis Section Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 12 individual contributors; implementing the full range of the Configuration and Data Management (CDM) section operations. Contributes to the successful execution of the assigned program and functional homeroom. The leader will drive key strategic initiatives for the CDM department.

The Section Manager leads the CDM team. The CDM team provides program/engineering leadership, analysis, and execution support for the development of innovative Air and Space Systems. Additionally, CDM monitors the successful execution of complex issues as well as how our solutions affect our program costs and schedules. Areas of responsibility of the Department include, Laboratory Configurations, Configuration of Software Releases, and proposal development.

Basic Qualifications:

BA or BS with 5 years of Configuration Data Management experience

Current Active DoD SECRET security clearance with investigation completed within the last 6 years and the ability to obtain Special Program Access is required prior to start

Experience leading a team of 5 or more individuals

Preferred Qualifications:

Master Degree in Business Administration or Science

Current Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance

Experience leading a team of 10 or more individuals

Program or Functional leadership experience
