Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Manager to work at the Airborne Systems Integration Center in Middle River, Maryland.

The primary role of the Maintenance Manager is to supervise a workforce of aircraft mechanics and avionics technicians providing sustainment and modernization work on commercial derivative military aircraft. Work includes daily operations, phase maintenance, limited heavy maintenance and modification work. The ideal candidate would have great personal skills, the ability to organize complex work tasks, the ability to understand material requirements and substantial experience within the aviation industry.

* Supervises the service, repair, overhaul and modification of aircraft
* Ensures FAA maintenance requirements are met
* Schedules work and coordinates required materials
* Provides estimates for maintenance jobs and coordinates maintenance and flight operations issues with key subcontractors
* Works with quality lead to ensure DCMA 8210 compliance on site
* Ensures and certifications and training requirements for work force is met
* Provides coaching and management to all assigned personnel
* Maintains workforce through hiring process

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent
* A&P license
* At least ten years of industry experience, 2 years of supervisory experience
* Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
* Ability to travel at least 10%

Preferred Qualifications:
* Final DoD Secret or higher clearance, SCI credentials
* Former experience with the military
* Former experience with surveillance aircraft or military UAS systems
* Production and flight line maintenance software experience
