Determine, plan, develop and modify complex fabrication processes and methodology to produce prototype and complex electro-mechanical units and assemblies. Assemble complete electro-mechanical units consisting of chassis, power assemblies, frames and related units performing required welding, spot welding, drilling, riveting , cleaning, de-burring and the like. Coordinate, with the assistance of other personnel, fabrication work group activities to ensure proper development of products from the prototype to the production stage, utilizing latest available equipment and techniques. Set up and operate punch presses, NC punch presses, etc. to perform a variety of fabrication operations.
