Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a highly qualified, mission oriented Manufacturing Analyst located in Redondo Beach, CA to lead program closeout activities at the manufacturing, subsystem, and payload I&T production areas with responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:

- Establish and lead the closeouts strategy within command media requirements
- Define the applicable policies, responsibilities, and requirements for processing government/customer/program/capital hardware or equipment that is excess/residual for closeout resolution
- Define Close-Out timeline and estimated completion date
- Execute the closeout activities in coordination with various support disciplines (property, hardware management, warehousing, contracts, etc.)
- Coordinate with all functional departments supporting the contract closeout effort to ensure resource availability to support the execution of the closeouts statement of work
- Coordinate a wall-to-wall inventory, reconciliation and proper disposal/transfer of government/customer/program/capital hardware site wide.
- Ensure that instructions for transfer or retention of customer property have been provided to Property Management
- Ensure that any Work-in-process material (i.e. shelf life, flight hardware, etc.) at program production areas has been returned to stores or dispositioned
- Establish periodic close-out status meetings
- Status items being transferred, returned, and items sent
- Invite key program personnel, Property key contacts and Management as required
- If all program production area commitments are not closed, provide status to the Contract Administrator
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation to eliminate shipping violations
- Coordinate hardware moves between facilities
- Provide Hardware Management support for remaining launch execution
- Organize and coordinate launch activity planning for launch base support equipment to and from launch base
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree plus 3 years of experience in a combination of the following Hardware Management, Production control or Logistics OR High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D) plus 7 years of experience in a combination of any of the following Hardware Management, Production control or Logistics OR Masters Degree plus 1 years of experience in a combination of the following Hardware Management, Production control or Logistics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook)
• Strong data analysis skills
• Leadership experience
• Familiarity with aerospace products and production, Integration and Test (I&T) processes
• Drawing interpretation
• Experience with AssetSmart
• TEAMMS databases
• DoD Secret clearance
• Experience with SAP
