Manager Systems Engineering 3
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a candidate with leadership skills to serve as a Section Manager in the Low/High Band RF Systems Engineering functional homeroom. An important aspect of this role is leadership with focus on growth of the organization to meet both current and future mission needs. The candidate must possess strong people development, organizational and communications skills. The candidate will focus on keeping the team engaged while emphasizing organizational and enterprise communication.
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, management, physics, or math and 9 years of experience. Five years of people leadership, programmanagement, cost account management, or business management experience. Prior experience with the development of advanced RF systems, especially radar systems.
Secret clearance is required prior to commencing employment, with the ability to obtain higher clearances. US Citizenship is required.
Master’s degree in business management, electrical engineering, physics, or math Three years of functional management or program manager experience
Experience leading in a matrix organization
