Manager, Regulatory Compliance

Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services and Chief Strategy Office (ES&CSO) is seeking an experienced Government Compliance Manager to join our team. Successful candidate will oversee a geographically dispersed Regulatory Compliance staff with responsibility for DCAA and DCMA government accounting and audit activities. This includes direct responsibility for Incurred Cost Claims, Disclosure Statements and Cost Impacts as well as associated audits. Candidate should have knowledge and expertise in NG ES&CSO policy and procedure, rate structures and disclosed practices. In addition, experience with Forward Pricing, Billing Rates and International business is preferred.

Candidate must be proficient in CAS and FAR and be able to apply knowledge to interpret various business situations. This individual will be responsible for reporting compliance data to the Government in a timely manner and working with various DCAA auditors, as well as the CAC and CACO in Falls Church, VA. In addition, the candidate will provide regulatory advice to assist with management decisions critical to the success of the ES&CSO sector.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years' of relevant experience or 8 years' with an MBA/master's degree
  • Prior management experience
  • Experience with CAS and FAR and associated government challenges
  • Experience with DCAA/CACO relationships
  • Strong knowledge of cost allowability
  • SAP and Excel work experience
  • NG policy/procedure and disclosed practices expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or master's degree
  • Experience with international business
  • Experience with FPRP and billing rates
