The Northrop Grumman Technology Services, Post Production Support Center team in St. Augustine Florida is seeking a dynamic,motivated and forward thinking leader.
This position will develop, oversee and manage the operational and execution aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program management, PPSC team members and government customers. Provides and reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports for briefing to management and customers. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, financial and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers and customers.
- Bachelors degree plus 5 years directly related experience
- Full understanding and experience in weapon systems logistics
- Hands on experience implementing Performance Based Logistics
- Working knowledge of DLA/NAVSUP supply and logistics processes
- Prior military experience as an officer
- Lean/Six Sigma training
- Masters Degree with 3 years experience
- Practical experience executing public/private partnerships
- Experience working on government Integrated Product Support teams
- First hand experience identifying forward looking airframe supply requirements
- Experience in and ability to provide planning and strategy briefings to senior NG management and senior military/customer officers and staff
