Description

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Logistics Project/Site Manager for a rotational OCONUS program based in Palmdale, CA. The Site Manager will lead a group of 22 exempt and non-exempt employees in the performance of customer Statement of Work.

Responsible include:

  • Program/project management duties at various OCONUS sites on a rotating basis
  • OCONUS interface with the prime contractor
  • Communication with CONUS program management team
  • Problem resolution
  • Development of plans
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military/contractor experience leading tactical and operational teams with increasing levels of responsibility, including recent (within the last 5 years) manned/unmanned system leadership.
  • Experience working in OCONUS locations.
