Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Autonomous Systems Division is currently seeking a Manager of Program Control 2 for the Business Management Organization at the San Diego, CA facility supporting theTriton portfolio. TheProgram Cost Management Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of cost analysts responsible for theEarned Value Management System (EVMS) analysis, SOX compliance, funding analysis, program financial analysis, andcontract deliverables, andproviding management oversight of the Cost Management department, including engagement, staffing and employee development.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • As the Program CostManager, you willprovide direct supervision activities including reviewing and approving timecards, completion of performance goals and reviews, assigning work scope to employees, and ensuring employees operate according to company policies and procedures.
  • You will be responsiblefor the development of employee skills and evaluation of employee performance on assigned responsibilities including: Earned Value Management System (EVMS) analysis; support to PMs and CAMs; analysis and preparation of cost and schedule reports; development, analysis and review of EAC's; variance analysis research and reporting and reconciliations to SAP.
  • Act as the primary interface with the program office, functional leadership, and external auditing agencies regarding EVMS related tasks/efforts, requirements, issues,analysis, and performance measures.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field with
  • At least5+ years Finance/Business Management work experience
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and financial analysis
  • Working knowledge of MPM, SAP, Finance and Accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particular Excel and Power Point(intermediate or advanced)

    Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with an MBA/CPA, etc.

Experience developing and presenting business strategies, financial information, and risk assessments to leadership teams

Current DoD Secret Clearance
  • Previous experience leading a team, either as a lead, functional manager, or matrix manager
