Northrop Grumman Technology Services, Saint Augustine, Florida is seeking an energetic, forward thinking and dynamic manager for its Post Production Support Center operations team.
The successful candidate will direct multiple phases of the Post Production Support Center (PPSC) program from proposal development, contract award and end item on-time delivery to government customers. Responsible to the Program Manager for the cost, schedule and technical performance of all PPSC processes to include logistics, engineering, manufacturing engineering, support analysis, technical data, scheduling, supply support, procurement, supplier surveillance, pricing, contracts and customer assurance. Participates with contracts personnel in the negotiation of contracts, contracts changes or modifications, long term contracts and basic ordering agreements. Manages the timely preparation and execution of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of proposals and contracts to ensure timely and accurate submittals to multiple government customers.
Acts as a principle customer contact for PPSC activities, leading logistics program review sessions with the Program Manager and customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Interfaces with DCMA, NAVSUP, DLA Aviation, DLA Land and Maritime, and other government customers on a frequent basis. Actively participates in the Northrop Grumman / Defense Logistics Agency Joint Steering Committee. The Manager, Product Support is expected to foster a strong working relationship with these government agencies to instill confidence in NGC's performance, specifically the Post Production Support Center Team. Develops and propagates new business plans and/or expands the product line with the customer to increase base, sales and margin. Establishes milestones, performance metrics and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules; identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Experience in working with sub-tier suppliers, supplier quality, delivery and performance and the experience and ability to work in concert with global supply chain to support and ensure superior supplier and asset delivery performance. Directs the work of PPSC team members and supporting co-located shared service team members by providing clear, concise and inclusive leadership and direction. Communicate openly and consistently with all PPSC team members, management and customers.

Proficient experience in developing and presenting PowerPoint briefings on multiple subjects to business unit/sector management up to vice president and multiple government customers up to Commander and General level. Ability, experience and proficiency in briefing technical matters/speaking in front of large audiences, customers and employees. Experience and familiarity in SAP S/D or closely related business and operating systems. Familiarity with post production aircraft programs such as E-2C, A-10, C-2A, F-5, F-16, and F-18. Demonstrated full understanding of logistics, post production aircraft concepts and government procurement processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related logistics program or product support management experience
- In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 5 additional years of relevant experience may be considered
- Ability to negotiate and integrate different view points

- Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions
- Ability to travel to suppliers, customers and other company locations
- Master's degree and 6 years of related post production and or logistics program management experience
- Directly related support experience with U.S. Government customers
