Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a talented Mission Assurance Manager to join our team in Falls Church, VA. Therole can also be performed virtually, should an individual not reside in the primary location. Relocation Assistance may be available.

The selected candidate will be asked to perform the following:

Manage and lead the combined ES Mission Assurance and Quality organization assuring Mission Success across Enterprise Services
Manage group of approximately 15 team members with accountability for mission assurance and quality of programs, suppliers, projects, processes, services, and service center interactions.
Promote the professional development of the Mission Assurance and Quality team to ensure training needs and career development
Analyzes metrics, customer, and employee feedback to assess performance, risks, and determine resources to ensure mission success
Participates in project status meetings and management reviews, including PRA Reviews
Plans and manages department's manpower, budget, and physical assets
Plans and implements professional development and career management programs for Mission Assurance and Quality engineers
Sets Mission Assurance strategy to ensure success in coordination with stakeholders
Provides situational awareness and executive level communication internally and externally
Directs and coordinates all functional disciplines including program/project analysis, operations, proposal efforts, quality engineering and analysis

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or college and 9 years of relevant professional experience. Or, Master's degree and 7 years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience managing or leading teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree
10+ years of professional experience within one or more business functions: quality, mission assurance, engineering, information technology, or software engineering
Experience in project management, quality assurance, service management, supplier assurance, risk management, metrics development, data analytics, and process improvement
ITILv3 certification
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with the Agile Development process
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
