The Facilities Engineering Manager will lead a team of highly skilled Mechanics and Electricians in troubleshooting and repairing multi-axis CNC Machines including various types of industrial equipment used in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct and Manage the repair of various CNC and Conventional Machines, Welding, Water-Jet, Mechanical type machines and industrial equipment
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and testing of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical Systems.
  • Troubleshooting diagnostics and performing root cause assessments
  • Assist in the development of Preventive Maintenance activities for equipment and machinery.
  • Develop and maintain critical skills within the Facilities team (staff levels, training and certification)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate discipline; additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted in lieu of bachelor's Degree.

3+ years of relevant machine maintenance work experience (CNC Machines and Machinery).

Prior Supervisory experience of technical staff.

User Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Strong Computer Skills.
Ability to work Multiple shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Mechatronic Engineering.

Experience in predictive maintenance and CMMS software applications.

Strong Troubleshooting of CNC Multi-axis systems.

Knowledge of Maintenance Connection (CMMS).

Knowledge Siemens S7.

Experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action.

Industry 4.0 IIOT or the Digital Thread.
