This benchmark is intended to be used by companies that have generic classifications in facilities and property administration where incumbents would be responsible for one of the following areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities. Manage day-to-day operation/maintenance of the facility. Coordinate facility related purchasing and invoice approval. Manage facility maintenance contracts for equipment and services, including services provided by other Sectors supporting NGMS .Develop annual facility and facility capital budget and track expenditures. Manage building modifications, leasehold improvements and new construction. Landlord Liaison and with AS sector. Coordinate space planning within facilities and with other Northrop Grumman organizations. Support Management data calls and metrics reporting. Interface and coordinate with Security, Real Estate, Environmental, Health & Safety and internal staff organizations. Monthly metrics reporting for all sites in the region. Weekly status reporting on region-wide operations

Assuming a proactive role in the planning/management of space to include: implementation of sector space utilization policies, collaboration with other regional managers and peers at other sectors on shared utilization of facilities, supporting RE transaction management in the acquisition/disposition of space and provision of data to support sector/corporate metric development and space utilization reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree and 10 year facility experience (5 year Management experience inclusive); experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Ability to obtain SECRET Security Clearance.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong Communication skills, ability to interface with upper management and non-salaried staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Secret Clearance.
AutoCAD experience
Current active Secret Clearance
LEED certification
Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
