Center (USIC), located in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The selected candidate will be directly responsible for all aspects of engineering, including; electrical, mechanical, software, systems, aeronautical, coordinating integration and test activities
including planning, executing and reporting on flight tests.
A successful candidate will have proven experience in recruiting, building, motivating, and managing multiple Integrated Project Teams on schedule and within budget. The
individual must have full understanding and working knowledge of Cost Account Manager responsibilities and Earned Value Management Systems application and processes.
Must be adept in direct customer interface and have the ability to deliver effective presentations to large groups.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical/engineering field.
10 years experience in Engineering Management.
Ability to obtain and maintain aSecret security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

MS Engineering degree.
Experience in Unmanned Aircraft Systems and/or manned aviation environment.
A current Top Secret clearance.
Experience with Business Management.
