Analyzes technical data and reports to determine spares and support equipment provisioning requirements. Reviews site survey results and letters of offer and acceptance and formulates specific recommendations for spare/repair parts and support equipment. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories. May originate support plans for offer to potential customers and provide technical assistance to existing customer personnel. May forecast and manage budget system.Basic Qualifications: 6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Year with Masters. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills are required for the position. Position requires strong knowledge and experienced of the Instructional System Design (ISD) process and requires the ability to gain proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Evolution Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) or similar training development software, and an ability to quickly learn and become proficient in related software used for training development, project tracking, and presentations. Candidate will conduct training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Candidate must have the ability to research engineering data, technical manuals, and utilize subject matter experts, team members, and established processes to complete complex training materials, schedules, and related projects under very general supervision. Candidate must have a current US DoD TOP SECRET clearance and be willing to submit to polygraph. Additionally, the ability to obtain and retain a Program Security Clearance is required as condition of employment.

Candidate must possess and be able to maintain a minimum Top Secret Security Clearance. Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days- a-week, 365 days a year. Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 120 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and immunizations that may include anthrax and smallpox. Must meet medical requirements for worldwide travel.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the field of Education, experience as a qualified mechanic, technician, or operator in a technical field such as aircraft, ship, missile, or space systems desired preferred. Experience in developing and maintaining e-learning and instructor led training materials using the Instructional System Design (ISD) Process is highly desired and can substitute education requirements.
