Essential Functions:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution, and release and control function for the F/A-18 Post Production Programs - Retrofit Kit Management.
The successful candidate will possess leadership abilities, and will be responsible for the coordination, planning, scheduling, ordering, processing, tracking, and delivery of retrofit kits and associated aircraft repair parts requirements.
The successful candidate will also coordinate retrofit kit activities with our internal and external customers, and coordinate with multiple organizations in regard to the planning, procurement, fabrication, stockroom, packaging, traffic and accounts receivable.
The successful candidate will also maintain continuous status, and present weekly metrics to IPT Management.
The successful candidate will also participate in the development of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and LRSP (Long Range Strategic Plan) goals for the F/A-18 Post Production Programs.
Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal/written communications skills.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree minimum 10 years' experience in technical and logistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years' experience with Supply Chain Management and or as a Logistics Management Analyst with knowledge of the SAP and MES systems, familiarity with the DD-250 process. Must be fully capable to conduct, editing and coordination for updates and publication of CCOM procedures, and desk instructions. The candidate must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and MES systems.
