Logistics Management Analyst 3 - Deployment Coordinator

The C-RAM Contractor Manning Deployment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and executing logistics support for the Counter-Rocket, Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM) Sense and Warn (SnW) Contractor Manning (CCM) program Force Readiness (FR) Integrated Product Team (IPT). The CCM program recruits, hires, trains, deploys, and evaluates SnW operators who provide support to Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) Base Defense Operations Centers (BDOCs).

The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, personnel and proprietary information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. This position ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.

Additionally the Coordinator is responsible for performing Forward Operating Base (FOB) staffing and requirements analysis and providing the management team with data to preclude negative staffing impacts to Theater. Other duties include providing assistance to sub-contractors with personnel preparation for deployment. The coordinator is also responsible for building and maintaining personnel portfolios for screening and recruiting, preparing spreadsheets,

memorandums, purchase requests and submitting and tracking work orders and Service Request Forms (SRFs). The coordinator also supports work share analysis, personnel in-processing, and performing technical screening of contractor candidates. candidate must possess the ability to balance competing priorities in order to achieve program objectives. The coordinator must be able to independently and effectively work with all levels in the organization to gather or convey relevant information. The coordinator supports program reviews, meetings and special events, and interfaces with senior internal and external contacts. The position involves exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of discretion and judgment. The selected candidate must possess the ability to balance competing priorities in order to achieve program objectives. The coordinator must be able to independently and effectively work with all levels in the organization to gather or convey relevant information.

Basic Qualifications:

6 years' experience with a Bachelors degree; 4 years with Masters. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of no college degree.

Excellent computer skills combined with a mastery of Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Demonstrated performance in anticipating needs, exercising a high degree of initiative and exhibiting advanced organization skills.

Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance standards with limited supervision.

Demonstrated ability to solve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fluid environment with diverse stakeholders.

Experience working in a government or government contractor environment.

Active current Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Northrop Grumman systems.

Experience providing support to senior level management.

Experience modeling and optimizing methods to develop, analyze and interpret information.

Experience with DoD requirements for deployment.

Familiar with the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system.

Familiar with deployment policies such as International Authorization Agreements (IAAs) and foreign incentive allowances.

MS Access or similar database skills.

Familiar with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system/s
