Litigation Paralegal

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Paralegal 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Falls Church, VA.

Put your years of experience into a future of excellence... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Litigation team within the Law Department. Responsibilities include implementing and managing legal holds, processing subpoenas, gathering and analyzing information, assisting in document collections, participating in employee interviews, maintaining records of activities within the group, and working with outside counsel and ediscovery vendors retained by the Law Department. Paralegal will interact with all levels of management at both corporate and sector level.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Balance and influence multiple competing priorities and individuals.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills as well as project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.
  • Coordinate complex document production.
  • Assist with witness interviews.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies and a minimum of 6 years experience in litigation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience in e-discovery and case management databases.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with government contract work.
  • Ability to obtain a SCI Clearance.
