Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Life Cycle Cost Engineer to provide cost estimating support in Ogden, Utah. The LCC Analyst will providesupport to the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

JOB DUTIES:
* Perform a variety of life cycle cost analyses to include bottoms-up, analogy, and parametric cost estimating, cost estimating relationship (CER) development, cost benefit analyses, and risk & sensitivity analyses.
* Assist project's efforts to develop life cycle cost models, cost targets, incorporate targets into program baseline, and initiate and status efforts to meet target commitments.
* Support the project's efforts to ensure that design solutions consider cost as a Key Performance Parameter along with technical and manufacturing requirements.
* Assist in the development and coordination of cost effectiveness analyses and business cases that reflect the ROI for cost reduction initiatives and facilitate implementation with project team and functional organizations.
* Support the preparation, maintenance, and reporting of life cycle costs and affordability metrics to customers and management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
* This requisition may be filled at either a level2 or level 3
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related scientific field
* Minimum 2 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; no experience required with a master's degree.(Level 3 requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with a bachelor's and 3 with a master's)
* Active Secret Security Clearance or higher

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with parametric cost modeling withcommercial tool sets (ACEIT, SEER, SEER-SEM, PRICE, and Crystal Ball).
* ICBM related experience, developing cost estimates and models.
* Knowledge of aerospace engineering requirements, manufacturing processes, cost estimating methods, and quantitative business analysis.
* Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCE/A) designation from the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICCEA).
* Familiarity with DoD and AF budgeting and cost estimating techniques, procedures and processes.
* Good verbal and interpersonal skills required to work closely with teammates, stakeholders and both internal and external customers.
