Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for an Assembly Integration & Test engineer to lead multi-discipline teams of Systems Engineers, Test Design, Test Software, and Electrical & Mechanical Test Engineers during capture/proposal phase with transition to rapid system development and integration for Space Payloads. The AI&T Lead will be responsible for establishing the system test schedule, resource planning, documentation (System Integration and Test Plan, segment & compatibility test planning, and test routers) and coordination across IPTs (Integrated Product Teams).

Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) curriculum with 9 years of relevant experience (or 7 years of experience with Master of Science Degree or 4 years of experience with PhD).
Experience in requirements Verification and Validation of EOIR or RF Systems for Space environment is required.
Active Top Secret clearance is required.
Active TS/SCI clearance or recent SSBI in last 12 months is preferred.
