Junior Software Engineer- Secret Clearance

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's growing SSC PAC support team providing onsite support for research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) programs. Northrop Grumman works closely with many PEO C4I projects to provide state-of-the-art threat protection to the Warfighter. Qualified applicants will be eager to learn and be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.

Qualified team members will work in a collaborative environment to design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.

Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.
Basic Qualifications:
Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Collaborative team experience
Software testing experience
