Northrop Grumman Aerospace System Sector is seeking Manager International Sourcing 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the Strategic Sourcing organization within Global Supply Chain. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA
Developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies in support of international programs and captures. Coordinates all co-production and international industrial participation strategies and initiatives with Global Business Development and the International Capture teams. Coordinates, supports, and creates projects for the Australian GSC and AIC Agreements. Reports directly to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and collaborates closely with GSC & Capture executives, Senior IPT leaders and the Manufacturing homeroom in support of sector international strategies. Position requires the ability to develop and execute GSC international strategies that meet all capture and program objectives. Position requires the ability to develop and communicate international strategies. Must collaborate and work closely and align with Global Supply Chain home rooms and international teams while supporting Global Supply Chain's strategic objectives, Business development/International function's growth strategy and corporate initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Global Supply Chain and/or Contracts and/or Business Management, and/or International program management or International business; 3 years with Master's degree
- Familiarity of USG Export Control Regulations
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and execute complex plans
- Prior experience of leading a team project or process
- MS or MBA degree in International Studies, Business or Supply Chain
- Experience with USG export licenses and agreements
- Experience with Offset and Industrial Participation programs
