Intelligence Analyst - Simulations Operator and Administrator

Northrop Grumman is waiting for you to join our Team as a Simulations Operator and Administrator. This position is located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

This position entails substantial independent work in applying systems analysis techniques and procedures to implement simulation requirements from customers. Regularly performs order of battle research, process documentation, systems testing, and modification of simulation databases and systems based on customer requirements. Handle multiple tasks accurately and reliably in a busy, demanding work environment, and schedule and prioritize workload individually and with other staff members.

Success in this position requires a proven ability to organize data, and operate intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR)simulations in fully integrated computer network architecture. Need to be willing to participate with on-going training efforts to meet growing job demands in our dynamic simulations environment. The computer systems and applications used to perform these tasks are the WARSIM Intelligence Module (WIM), the Battlefield Sensor Simulator (BSS), the Communication Support Processor (CSP), and the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT). The tasks to perform are: Function as an operator and scenario developer, database development, database maintenance and exercise preparation. The exercise preparation includes message routing design and verification, and conducting pre-exercise communication s exercises. Design and create custom scripting utilities to support scenario development and exercise operations requirements. Provide critical insight to software developers for changes needed or requested by the customer in support of their simulation needs.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Army intelligence background
2. Current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible.
3. Bachelor's degree AND a minimum of 4 years of related experience in intelligence analysis or intelligence simulations (additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. Must have a combined total of at least 8 years between education and relevant experience)
4. Must have creative and flexible problem solving skills.
5. Must have a strong commitment to a team environment.
6. Have or become Security+ certified within 6 months of hire.
7. Capacity to work unsupervised.
8. Willingness to learn new technologies.
9. U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Be familiar with the United States Message Text Formats (USMTF), and other reporting formats.
2. Network+, Linux+ certified
