Intelligence Analyst 4

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for an All Source Research Analyst4 with mid-level experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) in technical roles to provide analytical support to a diverse, forward-leaning team and a dynamic and rewarding mission.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum nine(9)+ years of experience conducting analysis and research, preparing assessments of world events, developing and maintaining analytical procedures in collaboration with IC partners, and collecting data to support IC activities. A multi-INT background, with a working knowledge of either HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and/or GEOINT is preferred. Good sound critical thinking skills will be crucial to the candidate's ability to positively impact our customer's mission in unique, innovative ways.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in collaboration with a senior analyst in support of our customer™s technical targeting mission. He/she will help the team guide the development of advanced ideas into final products and/or briefings. This position demands a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as under the occasional guidance of the senior analyst. He/she must be able to communicate well with the rest of the customer team to make professional connections within the customer organization and beyond. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. A working knowledge of Google Earth and the ability to create and manage KMZ files is preferred. A working knowledge of Word and Excel applications are preferred. A working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro applications is a plus.

This position is located in McLean, Virginia. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree military history, political science, international relations, security studies, intelligence analysis, or other related discipline and nine (9) years of experience in military intelligence issues. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Broad knowledge of customer organization and contacts within that organization

Ability and willingness to help others adapt to rapidly changing customer environment
