Infrastructure Lead / /Lab Manager

The Infrastructure Lead will lead a team of engineers and administrators to manage the infrastructure needed to support the CDM program. This role includes the following:
Ensure the support environment (e.g. hardware, software, virtual machines, licenses, connectivity, etc) are in good working order. This primarily consists of the NG CDM Lab but extends to ensuring and supporting that everyone that needs to use the CDM lab can successfully connect and use the CDM lab resources from NGGN and home.
NG Lab primarily consist of a virtual environment using VMware technologies such as VSphere.
Ensure the security posture of the environment is compliant with Northrop Grumman and CDM contract requirements. Perform needed audits to ensure compliance is meet
Plan and anticipate for technical refreshes, EOL, project needed resources and capacity.
Reconfigure lab when needed to support contractual needs as directed by System Engineering and Integration
Creation of VLANs and management of multiple enclaves with different security requirements.
Advanced knowledge of firewall management, esp Palo Alto firewalls.

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 9 years of experience or a relevant Master's Degree with 7 years of experience or a relevant PHD with 4 years of experience.
At least 6 years of hands on experience managing an integration lab The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
o Advanced proficiency with running a VMWareVSphere environment
o Configuration control of lab resources
o Installing and configuring hardware and software
o Automation of lab activities
o Diagnose problems and perform root cause analysis
o Design/architect lab improvement
o Network design and engineering in a physical and virtual environment
At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; demonstrated ability to lead an agile (e.g Kanban), matrixed team of cyber engineers and administrators
At least 2 years of combined hands on experience implementing or integrating cyber tools/sensors, esp: Tenable Nessus/PVS, Forescout CounterACT, Nexpose Rapid7, IBM BigFix, McAFee ePO/PA/AC, FireMon, ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Cisco or Palo Alto solutions, NMAP, Sailpoint
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability EOD (US Citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands on experience related to the integration or development of cyber security tools and sensors
Experience deploying cyber solutions at Federal Civilian Agencies
Hands on experience documenting solutions in a Model Based Systems Engineering tool
Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework and the DHS SELC
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins
CISSP Certification
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
