Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our exciting and diverse team. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Security Team supporting various security related activities and have a unique opportunity to grow into a security professional.

Role and Responsibilities:

Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP and SCI programs
  • Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government SCI access with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) within 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Security or a related field
  • Must have excellent communications skills, with the ability to prepare presentations, work with complex data sets, present data in a clear and concise manner
  • Must have advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
