Industrial Security Analyst 3

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will join our Security team and will be the focal point for SCI programs and provide day-to-day security oversight of program activities. Duties include, but not limited to, submitting individuals for SCI access, billet management, security briefings, refreshers, debriefings, and SCIF construction. Must be familiar with the NISPOM, ICDs, and JPAS. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect to the larger mission and strategy, while integrating into an inclusive work environment characterized by mutual respect, valuing differences and working in a culture of caring, accountability and innovation with a team of employees motivated to perform to the highest levels. Must be able to adapt in a highly charged and challenging work environment. Candidate will be expected to perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management. Position requires a current Top Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret DoD clearance with a investigation completed within the last 6 years
  • Bachelors degree and 6 years of security experience or a Masters degree and 4 years of security experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret with SCI
  • Masters degree in Criminal Justice
  • Experience with SCI programs
