Industrial Security Analyst 2

As a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), the position will develop and administer security programs and test procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment. Study and implement federal security regulations that
apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and
keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conduct security education classes, security audits and internal self-inspections. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Basic Qualifications:

3 Years with Bachelors; or 1 Year with Masters, experience to include SAP, industrial security or related.; experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Current DoD active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SSBI level clearance. Able to achieve and maintain access to restricted security areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

TS/SSBI clearance.

Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience.
In depth knowledge of the DoD 5205.07 security manuals or JAFAN and the ICD 705 and related forms and templates.

Excellent public speaking, written and oral communications skills.

Ability to coordinate quality self-compliance reviews and bring innovative solutions to security compliance processes.
