Industrial Security Analyst 2
The job responsibilities require experience in all aspects of the security discipline including personnel security, counterintelligence, physical security, operations security, industrial security, communications security, information security, and information technology security.
The candidate should be able to execute and manage the security requirements for multiple programs within Northrop Grumman's Huntsville Campus, which includes implementation and compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16 (COMSEC), Missile Defense Agency and U.S. Army requirements & regulations, Contract Security Classification Guides, and Northrop Grumman Policy and Procedures that guide program managers and their teams to perform the appropriate actions needed when working with or disclosing classified information.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records to include company database information for clearances, facilities, contracts, customer decisions, COMSEC, and other critical compliance areas. Support program staffing requirements through management of security clearance processing, scheduling, and security education and training activities.
This position will support customer Security engagement to include representing the company on matters of audits/compliance, customer satisfaction, and contract performance.
Active Top Secret clearance.
3 Years' experience with Bachelors; MS and 1 Year experience in DoD industrial security; experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Experience managing COMSEC processes and accounts.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all facets of program security including COMSEC, Physical Security, Personnel, Information Management, Security Education & Awareness, and general Program Protection methodologies.
Working knowledge of JPAS, DIAS and SIMS software also a plus.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented is a must.
