Industrial Security Analyst 2

This is a multi-faceted security position, for the support of a program as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: supporting a fast-paced, high profile programs; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, COMSEC, etc.). Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and maintaining records. Conducts security education classes and related briefings. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Basic Qualifications:

Current TS clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI access.

3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters; experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Experience with any of the following: Government manuals (ICD, JAFAN, NISPOM, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree.

COMSEC account Management experience.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.

Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.

Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Excellent communication skills speaking, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective communications

Computer and desktop office software products experience
