Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join the Melbourne, FL Human Resources (HR) team. The selected candidate will provide full spectrum of HR Business Partner support to a dynamic Research, Technology & Engineering team of approximately 650 employees. As a trusted advisor, this individual will support talent management and leadership bench development strategies; consult on employment and employee relations issues; consult on compensation and rewards; support performance management; facilitate talent acquisition, retention and redeployment to support the business; partner on EEO and other areas of subject matter expertise within the body of HR; drive best culture initiatives to promote engagement, inclusion and accountability. The execution of these functions will be through proficient leadership and project management skills and close collaboration with HR subject matter experts. The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, execute, and close multiple priorities simultaneously.

Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:
* Support business leaders as an advisor within area of responsibility
* Collaborate with HR centers of excellences (COE) and parallel RT&E COEs to ensure consistency in the execution of HR strategy
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization and develop solutions in partnership with business leaders and HR organization
* Provide insight to business decisions through data analysis, research and benchmarking and participate in decision making
The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation to lead teams and develop relationships; demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity; have the ability to rapidly assimilate and learn core business practices while challenging traditional ways of doing business; must have the capacity to absorb massive amounts of data and concisely communicate information to clients; demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be self-starter and demonstrate ownership with the ability to prioritize in a high-impact, time sensitive environment; be able to work with limited data and make sound decision in situations that are complex and ambiguous.

Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years HR experience with focus on broad talent management and development
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related discipline. 8 years with Master's degree.
- Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and critical thinking skills along with the ability to function in high pressure and short-turnaround situations
-Proven experience with talent management, leadership bench development, employee relations issues, compensation, total rewards, performance management andtalent acquisition strategies
- Ability to navigate cultural and business sensitivities within a large organization to drive performance, employee engagement, inclusion and accountability
- Experience managing a medium to large size client groups, averaging 500-600 employees
- Ability to obtain and maintaina DOD secret clearance

- Extensive and current HR experience working in a fast pace environment
- Experience working in a matrix or homeroom environment
- Experience leading organizations through change
- Current Secret clearance
