Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer. This position will be located in Ogden, UT and will support the Ground Subsystems Support Contract (GSSC) program.

What you'll get to do:
- Apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using applicable standards and specifications
- Participate in research, planning, design and development of communication systems
- Perform requirements analysis, develop source data for requirements, generate test requirements and prepare test reports
- Verify designs through laboratory testing to ensure they meet network, RMF, and government requirements
- Support design process from requirements definition through integration and test
- General systems engineering tasks to be completed as needed

Qualifications:
You'll bring these qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- A minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience with a bachelor's degree; 0 years with a Master's
- Experience with Network (IP) Communications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Passport
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
- 2+ years of experience with ICBM weapon system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts
- Experience with writing software C++ or C#
- Experience in the following areas:
- Communications
- Landline and Wireless Telephone communications, communication networks and communications architecture, VoIP and IP communication
- 802.3 protocol
- OSI layers
- Air Force Technical Orders
- SACCS operations, maintenance, and logistics
