Responsible for providing business management/program control support for GSSC. Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, AOP, 1st workday and variance analysis. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Monitors billing and payments. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost baselines.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7 years of related experience, 3 years with a bachelor's degree, 1 years with a masters degree
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • US Citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Experience working with SAP, BW, IWO system and COBRA
  • Has working knowledge of EVMS
  • Active Secret Clearance
