This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
This position will support all SP efforts for the GBSD Program within the Sector Support Business CoE organization
The selected candidate will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program within the Program Integration Team. Selected candidate will be the focal point for program personnel management.
Specific roles and responsibilities include:
Managing and executing the staffing processes
IPT lead, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition interface
Driving program areas and Talent Acquisition to meet human capital plan/budget
Facilitate internal meetings
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment with high expectations. Candidate should also have strong organizational, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, innovative thoughts resulting in streamlining and improving processes, and an approachable and can-do attitude. The candidate will be working with multiple disciplines and sites, coordinating program requirements with leads across sectors and functions.
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of related experience, or Masters with 4 years of related experience.
- Great communication and strong organizational skills
- Must have a current DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills.
- Master's Degree with 4 years of related experience.
- Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
