This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. What you will get to do: The GBSD PM&P Lead is responsible for the GBSD PM&P organization which performs parts, material, and process management for across the Enterprise supporting all Segments. This person is responsible for the selection, qualification, processing, and testing of all PM&P employed to meet mission requirements. The applicant will have a strong background in EEE parts, materials, and assembly processes. This PM&P background is necessary to support design, fabrication, and integration and test (I&T) activities. The PM&P Lead will also support failure investigations and prepare deliverable documentation. In addition to their technical qualifications, the PM&P Lead must possess excellent communication skills as they will be the primary PM&P interface with multiple subcontractors as well as with program and customer management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EEE parts, materials, processes, radiation, and budget management. Familiarity with the integration and test of missiles is also desired. This includes functional management and CAM responsibilities.
