Financial Analyst 4

Northrop Grumman Technology Services Sector is seeking a Financial Analyst 4 to support financial planning and reporting for the Civil Solutions Business Unit. This position is located in McLean, VA but teleworking may be considered.

This position will report directly to the BU Business Management Director. We are looking for a highly motivated, team player to join our dynamic, fast-paced business management organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating Monthly and Quarterly Sales, Margin, Awards, Acquisitions, Backlog, Cash Planning & Reporting
  • Participating in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities
  • Providing Monthly and Yearly Forward Pricing and Indirect Reporting Support
  • Preparing Capital tracking and reporting, including coordination of paperwork with requestors and approvers in additional to providing guidance on capital vs expense items
  • Creating CRAD reporting and forecasting
  • Providing EAC review and support
  • Participating in SOX activities
  • Coordinatingand communicating of reporting deadlines with various members of the business management community
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years related experience OR 8 years with Master's Degree OR 4 years of relevantexperience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Well-organized, schedule driven and ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to support variance reporting
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience and success interfacing with multiple disciplines and varying levels of management
  • Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Precision, 1FPRS, Cognos or other reporting/forecasting tools
