Financial Analyst 3/4

Astro Aerospace, a Strategic Business Unit of Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, is currently in search of a Financial Analyst 4 to support our Business Management group in our Oxnard, CA, facilities. Astro is the industry leader in space deployable systems, and since 1958, Astro Aerospace has enabled complex missions to Earth orbit, Mars and beyond with innovative deployable space structures and mechanisms. The Financial Analyst 4 will be responsible for the following:

  • Performs economic research and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and income statements.
  • Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management.
  • Develops, maintains, and establishes operations specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, and document format for data processing equipment.
  • May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit or division.
  • Develop, maintain, and establish Forward Pricing Rate Submittals.
  • Develop, maintain, and establish Overhead Budgets.
  • Support audits and interface with DCAA, DCMA, and DACO.
  • Support and develop AOP and LRSP forecasts.
  • Handle special assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree with at least six (6) years of experience.
